At MHS, students are expected to be respectful, be responsible and be safe.

Today we will be having a junior/senior class meeting during seminar. Please check in with your seminar teacher for attendance and then come down to Emmons Hall.

 

Yearbooks are still on sale! Purchase your year of memories for $35(until Feb 1st)! Price goes up on Feb. 4th. See the office to purchase.

 

BOYS STATE & GIRLS STATE:  Any junior boy or girl interested in going to Boys State or Girls State should sign up/pick up information in the Guidance Office by January 31.

 

The first practice for the Bulldog esports teams has been rescheduled for after school on Tuesday, January 22, and will end at 5:00 PM in Ms. Harris’ Room.

 

The theme for Winter Warming 2019 is “Bulldogs Got Game!”

Seniors: Wheel of Fortune, Juniors: Minute To Win It, Sophomores: Family Feud, and Freshmen: Jeopardy

 

Spirit Days for Winter Warming are:

Monday- Freaky Friday

Tuesday- Class Color Day; 9th-Yellow, 10th-Blue, 11th-Purple, 12th-Pink

Wednesday- Vine/Meme Day

Thursday- Dress Like a Teacher

Friday- Superfan Friday (red & gray)

 

Look for the Powderbuff sign up form. If you want to play or coach, you must fill this out. The game will be Tuesday, January 29th.

 

Winter Warming shirt order forms are available. Get one from the library or front desk. Please turn money into Mrs. Yancey or Mrs. Kennemore by This Friday.

 

The Turkey Turnover Dinner is on Friday, Feb 1st. Tickets are $5 and are currently on sale through all district CTA staff members. Please come and enjoy this famous meal with us at the MHS Cafeteria!

 

Lunch Today: Beef & cheese nachos, lettuce/tomato, sour cream, salsa/olives, refried beans, mexicali corn, pineapple tidbits, milk choice

 

Breakfast Tomorrow: strawberry banana yogurt, teddy grahams, raisins, orange juice, milk choice
